Nominee's must be present on May 8th.

Families and employees of sponsors are not eligible.

Entries must be received by midnight, April 19, 2011. One winner and four runners-up will be selected by a committee of judges.

Winners will be the most deserving Moms based on the essays received. All decisions are final.

Finalists will be contacted by phone by April 19th and must agree to be present on May 8th at the Tulip Festival. Employees of contest sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible.
